Hi Debbie,

Thanks for your feedback. The purpose trial is to get people to navigate through the tool and use some of the features, like disabling a recruiter or notes to track communications or view the difference between the research list and distribution list. Perhaps Demo is a better name. We actually have been thinking about changing it to better reflect its purpose. When you signed-up, we listed what you should expect under the free trial, but understand that it can get overlooked. We added “free” recently because we kept getting questions on how much it costs to do the trial.

There are many positives about ResumeSpider over similar services:

• You can see the real list of matching companies before signing-up or providing personal information.
• The matching companies are Members that have signed-up to receive resume. Member Companies include both employers and recruiters.
• Toll free customer service number. If you have to leave a message, we will call back within 4 business hours.
• The Member Company research data is new and fresh, including 300 to 500 new companies sign-up monthly. They are all human verified and approved before they are allowed to join the network. In addition, ResumeSpider has a dedicated team that has many procedures for updating and removing old data.
• After you create your profile with Resume Spider, you will get an online account with real-time reporting and access to the list of companies. The reporting feature will display the companies that have most recently opened and evaluated your resume. You can even get access to their contact information so you can follow-up, make a presentation, network and get interviews.</li>

Thanks for your offer to help. I'll contact you off-line so I can understand how you can help.

Your free trial didn't let me distribute my resume for free which is what I think when I think FREE TRIAL. You took all my information, I chose free, I uploaded my resume and then in order to have it distributed, you asked me to upgrade. I would call that a "Preview" of your product. I have been in marketing for many years and I would think that you should reconsider what you are calling this. I was hoping this would be a tool to utilize but if I cant try it for free, why would I ever decide to upgrade. If you want some help with your marketing so you don't surprise other job seekers, let me know.

Great questions Patricia!

We believe in accountability, so each job seeker receives an on-line account that tracks the progress of your resume distribution. You can actually see when the resume was sent and the time it was viewed by each Member Company. Member Companies expect to receive emails from us every day, so your resume will be seen. Please read our testimonials: www.resumespider.com/cstestimonials_.phtm.

Yes. We have a money-back guarantee. You can view the details for the guarantee here: www.resumespider.com/default.php?pagename=guarantee

ResumeSpider has been in business since 2004.

Thank you for the questions.
